Ejaculation Dysfunctions
Each case is different, therefore a specialized treatment is required, related both with neuromuscular activity and with the psychoemotional factor!
Which are the ejaculation dysfunctions? – What must I know?
When we talk about ejaculation dysfunctions, we usually mean retrograde ejaculation or complete anejaculation.
At the retrograde, the bladder neck closes down and semen does not flow to that exit. On the other hand, anejaculation may be due to neurological causes or psychological factors.

More Frequent Ejaculation Dysfunctions
Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is a neurobiological problem associated with low serotonin levels. It is the most common sexual dysfunction. It is divided in two categories, premature ejaculation which starts at the first sexual contact and follows the man throughout his life and the secondary one which appears gradually.
Retrograde Ejaculation
Retrograde ejaculation happens when semen travels to the bladder and is trapped there. It is otherwise called “dry orgasm” because of the absence or the small quantity of liquids appearing during climax.
Hemospermia
Hemospermia is called the presence of blood in semen, which may be due to various causes (inflammations, malignancy etc.). It may happen at all ages, but mainly between 30-40 years.
